The owners of Pair O'Dice Casino Parties have more than 25 years of experience in the special event industry.  Pair O'Dice Casino Parties is a division of the Simmons Event Group. 
Although we've been in the casino business for 20+ years, all of our tables look and feel new.  We update our  inventory regularly and if a piece of equipment begins to look worn, we recover and recondition it or replace it.  Only the highest quality felts, chips and supplies are used in our business.

COMPANY OWNERS

Scot & Stacy Simmons

Scot Simmons has been in the event industry since 1997.  During his Senior year at Texas State University, Scot began working for a company who produced Team Building events and Company Picnics.  He soon worked his way up to the General Manager of their Texas office.  He then moved to a large event Venue as the GM.  From there, Scot moved on to another event company where he became a partner.  This company was involved in over 500 events annually, including casino parties.  In 2005, Scot sold his shares and started Simmons Events and Pair O'Dice Casino Parties with his wife, Stacy.  Stacy worked part-time in the event business for 10 years while teaching second grade full-time.  In 2007, Stacy took over the Simmons Events office and is now the brains and personality behind the business.  Scot continues to be involved in the operations of Simmons Events while also running his own Television production company who produces television shows for networks like Fox Sports, WFN and the Angel 2 Network.
